Zero balance after the update?

If you logged in and your balance is zero, in most cases, it is likely that you have logged in with the different credentials than you've used previously, and accidentally created a new account. Freewallet offers several login options, so first you can try to remember if you have created your account with Facebook, or Google+, phone number, or email. 

If you keep logging into empty accounts, or you cannot recall your credentials, don't hesitate to contact our support team. Please note that resetting password is available only to the users who registered via email because it is the only authorization method that requires setting a password in the first place. 

If you have created your profile with Facebook or Google+, you simply need to be logged in your social media account. In case you have registered with your phone number, you can request changing your PIN code in the Settings.

If you are sure you are logging in with the correct credentials, please try to clear the app's cache and log in again.
Also, you might need to update the app via Google Play or App Store. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.
